Initiatives
The Small Trader Financial Awareness Program launched during its career many initiatives whose primary goal is to raise the level of financial awareness among young people by taking these initiatives as a daily life behavior. The most prominent of these initiatives are as follows:
1. Adopting the Consumer Protection Initiative in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and Investment:
Its aim / to introduce the young to his commercial rights to protect himself from the exploitation of market traders.
2. How can I conserve my country's resources in cooperation with the Saudi Electricity Company:
Its goal is to educate young people through the use of various easy methods to reduce the consumption of electricity for electricity, which results in preserving the country's resources and reducing the financial costs involved.
3. The integrity of a small merchant:
Its goal / clarify the difference between the concept of integrity and corruption in trade and in all life dealings in general and the implications for each of them.
4. The Metro Initiative:
Its goal / to reflect the benefits of using the metro, the most prominent of which is to save money and effort, use the time, harvest and reduce the damages resulting from crowded streets and its consequences.
5. An initiative to contribute to afforestation of the Riyadh Hills Park in Al-Malqa neighborhood:
Its goal / contribution to increasing green spaces and promoting the concept of belonging to young people and in support of government endeavors to promote environmental sustainability.
The Sam Ya Watan Initiative:
Its goal / developing and consolidating the relationship between the homeland and the citizen and strengthening the national identity to become part of the personality of the Saudi youth, and this initiative will be through offering a competition to create an interactive environment between participants of the age group (5-18) years during which the participants express their love for the homeland through their talents, in Saudi National Day and the selection of distinguished posts in expressing patriotism through the public’s vote on the program’s page.
